About this role
Imagine designing a product that can transform a womxn's life, one that will show her there's no need to fake orgasms and gives her the confidence to walk around naked with the lights on! This role has the ability to do just that. We want you to help us evolve the app so that every womxn feels proud to have it on her home screen, excited to open it every week and grateful for how it's helping her lead a healthy, confident and pleasurable life. You'll be the second hire in our design team and will be mentored by our amazing Senior Designer, Michelle.
You'll stay busy at Ferly working on the following
- Working closely with Michelle to take product features from idea to execution through rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Obsess about how to solve problems for our users, even those they don't know they have.
- Research and explore other products in the domains of femtech, health/wellness and digital subscriptions to identify key trends and best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Integrate into the product team. Help our PM conceptualise new ideas with wireframes and user testing and help our engineer seamlessly implement them by handing over pixel perfect designs.
- Contribute to the creation of design systems that are simple to understand and help us move faster as we scale.
- Tracking the metrics that design can influence and strategising on how to improve these.
